Getting to Middletown
Off Route 301 South on Ash Boulevard, near Middletown-Warwick Road.
We are at 708 Ash Boulevard in Middletown, just off Route 301 South near Middletown-Warwick Road. This is not the Newark office and not a suite inside a hospital.
Park in the lot beside the building. First visits run 60–90 minutes. Townsend, Odessa, and St. Georges patients should book here instead of driving to Stanton Christiana.

Getting to Smyrna
Off Highway 13 on South Carter Road, Suite 5.
We are at 699 South Carter Road, Suite 5, directly off Route 13. Look for Suite 5 in the professional complex — not a storefront on the highway itself.
Smyrna is the office with Saturday morning hours (8:00am–11:30am). Weekdays break for lunch. First visits still run 60–90 minutes, so do not squeeze a new-patient exam into a 20-minute Saturday gap without calling first.

Before you come in
How long is the first visit with Ken?
Plan for 60 to 90 minutes. That covers your history, a posture screening, range-of-motion measurement, a hands-on exam, and — if you are a chiropractic case and you want one — an adjustment the same day. Follow-up visits are much shorter.
What does the first appointment cost?
The new patient exam is advertised starting at $78, and a consultation on its own is $39. If you are using insurance, we verify your benefits at no charge before care starts and the amount you pay may be lower than the advertised fee.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, your insurance cards, and any recent imaging or reports you have. If you can, print and complete the intake forms beforehand so you are not filling in paperwork on a clipboard while your back hurts.
Can I ask for Ken specifically?
Yes. Say so when you call or note it on the request form and the desk will book you into Ken's schedule at whichever office you choose. If you need to be seen sooner than the next opening, they will tell you who else is available that day.
Do you take walk-ins?
Call first — (302) 449-0149. The desk can usually fit an acute case in the same day, but a new patient exam needs a proper block of time, and arriving unannounced usually means waiting.
Is there parking at the Middletown office?
